Just get in touch, it all starts with a simple chat. We’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve and what we could do to help you achieve it. You’ll then receive a tailored proposal detailing what we have discussed and outlining the project scope and price.
We price projects on a fixed-price basis. To calculate this we look at the amount of hours we expect a project to take, based on experience. This is then multiplied by our hourly rate to give a figure for the project. For smaller projects, we will give you the option to pay hourly, if you prefer.
At the start of a project, you will be given access to our project portal. The portal keeps everything related to the project together, in one place, for everyone involved to access. Here, you can discuss the project in the chat section and upload files. You can also monitor tasks and progress, download your files, and proof files.
The portal is great for keeping project-related conversations organised but of course, you can always call or email at any point.

Absolutely. This is essential to maintain the consistency of your brand. At the beginning of a project you will be asked to supply your brand guidelines, these will be constantly referenced throughout the design process. If you don’t have brand guidelines we’ll have a discussion beforehand about the style and feel of the project.
